Our Nanny Recruitment Process ensures only the highest level of personal service is delivered to our clients. From personal experience, as parents, we understand the difficulty parents may have when allowing someone in their home to take care of their most valuable possession, their children. It is therefore, why we only welcome Perth’s most qualified and experienced Child Care providers to represent us in the industry.
We are a fully licensed Employment Agent and our Nanny Recruitment and Employment processes involve many hours from our recruitment professionals. From the day we meet with you and your family we are working for you to ensure the right person is found for you and your family and this is all done in the most professional manner possible. Unlike our competitors, we offer you a very personal service, in that the person who meets with you and your family is the person who interviews and screens the candidates. This means that before we even present you with the shortlist of candidates, they are fully briefed on you, your family and your requirements. This eliminates the need for you to spend time conducting interview after interview repeating yourself and worrying if you have remembered everything. We understand just how busy you are and we want to take the time and stress out of finding you the perfect person to take care of your family.
We give our families the peace of mind that our selection process is so strict and we are so confident in the people we put forward for the position that we, at Perth Nanny Network guarantee our permanent Nanny placements for up to 6 weeks. Subject to our terms of service, in the very unlikely situation the Nanny you have selected from us does not work out, for any reason, within the first 6 weeks – we will find you a replacement totally free of charge! That is just how confident we are in the Nannies we place.

We are a Pty Ltd Company and we must comply with not only state law, but also federal law. This gives you peace of mind that we have not just registered a business name and trade as we please.
We are a registered employment agent, governed and approved by the Department of Commerce and Consumer Protection.
All our services offered are done “in house”. For example our NannyPay service is not an eastern states company that we pass you onto. We do all this from our office and any one of our friendly staff can assist you.
As well as receiving copies of the candidate’s licenses, checks and references, we also supply you with detailed profiles on each candidate at the time of arranging an interview time for you and the candidates. This way you have all the information on the person you are meeting prior to meeting with them.
We offer a personal service, we are not web based and our website is used for information and marketing purposes only.

How We Operate
Firstly, to ensure our personal service is delivered, we meet with you and your family in your home. We are available after hours to suit your busy schedule. At Perth Nanny Network, we understand that each family is different and that you will have your own specific requirements which you are seeking in a Nanny. We will listen carefully to your requirements and give guidance if/where appropriate. Our work then begins. Initially we will reference your requirements with our existing Nanny network. In addition to this we will also advertise your position on various different media types to attract as many suitable applicants as possible. We create our own shortlist of candidates who will then be stringently interviewed by a member of our team who is dedicated to finding you a Nanny. This process is very personal and it and allows our staff to use their expertise and experience to put together a shortlist of candidates who most closely meet the job specification you have given us. Before supplying you with your shortlist of candidates we check all licenses, references and employment history. Even if the candidates offer written references, we leave nothing to chance and we still phone them to ensure they are legitimate.
It is unfortunate that our Industry has a bad reputation for candidates not appearing for interviews or worse yet, not appearing for work, without notice. Our clients and families do not always have the experience or the time to conduct the very time consuming interview process and wait around wondering if interviews will show up or not. In some cases where parents take on the task of finding a Nanny themselves, it can sometimes lead to the wrong person being selected and the process having to be repeated several times. At Perth Nanny Network, we give you the peace of mind that this will not happen. We only attract and select true, professional Nannies, our reputation depends on it! The process does take time, however, in some cases where time is of the essence we can offer casual interim care for your family whilst the perfect Nanny is found.
Throughout our Nanny Placement Process, we send you regular updates on how we are progressing and we are available at all hours to discuss any changes or concerns you may have. We know how busy you are and we can involve you as much or as little in the selection process, you just let us know.
Our work does not end once your Nanny is placed. We will contact both you and your Nanny on a regular basis to ensure everything is working well and you are happy with your selection. If there are any areas for improvement we can act as a mediator or sounding board for you and your Nanny to avoid any unnecessary tension between you and your Nanny. Most, if not all of our business is derived from Word of Mouth so we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and the Nannies we provide.

Our Fee: $995.00
Guarantee Period: 6 Weeks
Placement Type: Before/After-school Care (minimum hours apply)
Lead Time: 6-8 weeks
Our Fee: $1295.00
Guarantee Period: 4 Weeks
Placement Type: Contract/SHort Term (4 weeks or less)
Lead Time: 2-4 weeks
Our Fee: $650.00
Guarantee Period: Term of the Contract
Our rates are very competitive because we are a privately owned, West Australian Company meaning we do not pay franchise fees, consultant fees (to conduct our interviews and answer our phones) and our Advertising is very limited due to the fact that most of our business is word of mouth. There is no need for us to have a fancy office as most of our time is spent in client homes or on the road meeting with Nannies and conducting interviews, therefore all in all our overheads are kept very low and our prices reflect this.
We offer you a personal, face to face service and many hours are spent on each and every placement.
